Registration Form

Before you register, please take note of the following:

Ensure that you already have a partner to play with for the doubles category you wish to enter.
Both players must provide their most up-to-date DUPR ratings for proper division placement.
All players must be affiliated with one of our participating club partners to be eligible.
If your club is not included in our current list of affiliates, please message us your club name for verification.
Each player may represent only one club or affiliation per game.
Refer to the charts provided below for men’s and women’s shirt sizes.

Select the doubles category you wish to enter from the dropdown.
Fill out the player information required from both participating players.
You must read, understand, and accept the tournament policies and waiver.
Click the “Register” button and wait for the page to redirect to the summary page.
Proceed with the payment and wait for the confirmation email of your successful registration.
