Game on! Here’s your quick guide to match timing and court access so you know exactly when to show up and where to play.

1. Match schedules will be released a day before the tournament without player names. Final schedules with names will be released a day before the tournament.

2. Players must check in at least one (1) hour before their first match.

3. Only registered players are allowed inside the court area. Spectators and bystanders must stay outside the playing zone and may enjoy our sponsors’ booths

4. A 10-minute grace period applies for late players; failure to appear may result in default.

5. Once released, schedules are final and cannot be changed.

In case of a tie in the elimination round standings, tiebreakers applies:

1. Head-to-Head Results (among tied teams only)

Look only at matches played between the tied teams. The team with the best win–loss record in those matches ranks highest.

2. Point Differential (among tied teams only)
If still tied, calculate:

Total points scored MINUS total points allowed
(Only from matches among the tied teams.)
Highest point differential ranks higher.

3. Total Points Scored (among tied teams only)

The team with the most total points scored ranks higher.

4. Point Differential (overall round robin)

If still tied after the above, use overall point differential.

5. Total Points Scored (overall)

6. Coin Toss
If everything is still equal.

Note: Team/s who forfeited a game/s is excluded from the tiebreaker.

Here’s the lowdown on how to handle protests and partner changes so the games stay fair and fun.

1. Only players may file protests, which must be submitted immediately after the match.

2. The Tournament Committee will review all protests and issue a decision.

3. Protest Fee: ₱2,000

  • Refunded if the protest is upheld
  • Donated to the raffle pot if denied

4. All Committee decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

5. Players requesting a new partner must submit the new partner’s name at least two (2) days before the tournament, subject to the approval by the Committee.

To maintain fairness and respect, here’s a few points to consider:

1. Maintain respect and courtesy toward referees, opponents, and spectators.
